This trusted trio has literally “raised the bar” of physical fitness in Durham. We are all certified and experienced trainers in multiple fitness disciplines. With a heavy emphasis on strength training, endurance, HIIT and Plyometrics the classes offered at KPA are uniquely created for maximum results! Our philosophy is that fitness provides you with the ability to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle. Our role is to help you become a stronger, faster, leaner and healthier version of yourself.

We train a wide range of clientele, from beginners to advanced fitness levels. We offer a wide variety of classes to ensure there’s something for everyone. Whether its functional training, sports specific training, joint mobility and flexibility training, body sculpting/body building techniques as well as cardiovascular conditioning and weight loss programs.
